Ritual Tea Instructions:

Items you will need:

• DÖSE Ritual Tea pouch
• Kettle or pot to boil water
• Tea strainer (fine) or tea infuser
• Honey, slice of fresh ginger and slice of lemon (optional)

STEP 1: Bring 600 mL (2.5 cups) of water to near boil (195 °F  – 200 °F)  then remove from heat source.

STEP 2: Empty contents from one (1) sealed RITUAL tea pouch into tea infuser or directly into kettle using a strainer. Fill infuser with boiling water. Optional: Add a slice of lemon, piece of ginger chopped or sliced into the strainer or infuser. Cover and Steep for 10 – 12mins.

STEP 3: Pour and Enjoy. Add honey to taste. Effects from the psilocybin mushroom often can be felt within 15 to 20 minutes of consuming and can last 3-6 hours.
